About year ago My 02 QD 4.7 threw an engine light in my face at about 65k. The code came back 0442 (emmisions leak). Crawled all over the frame looking, listening, and searching for a vacuum leak. I discovered this forum looking for answers and read that it was a condensor fan fuse. Easy fix! Now at about 75k I see the engine light again. This time the code comes back P1491 (radiator fan control relay).So far I have come across some theories that make me a little nervous. If that fan is bad, because Dodge designers used a poor design on the condensor shroud, then how many does it take to justify a recall? Any advice would be great.
