what octane?
I use 89, I have an 05 1500 hemi qc. I read the manual and it says it will run on 87-91, 87 for just normal driving, 89-91 for more spirited driving, and not to use 93 as it will be ineffecient, least thats what the manual said
Stock engine, there's no use for 91, just wasting your money, works with 87 but always ran at 89 with a stock setup. there are no benefits and no gains using 91 instead of 89 on a stock engine. Even some say that the 91 is too rich for the hemi's and detoriate its componants (not sure if its true)

89 is fine for the Hemi's becausecompressionthe isn't high at all....I think it's like 9.4:1 but correct me if i'm wrong. 91 is a waste unless you advance the timing or you're running her lean...which you could do with a tune.
Running 91/93 won't hurt anything besides your wallet...I dunno why people say it will on this site. Octane is just the fuels resistance to igniting...once the plug fires and the power stroke begins both 89, 91 and 93 will ignite the same. I think people are talking about running rich, which over time can kill your cats and dirty your o2's faster. Higher octane will not cause you to run rich.

93 here but I run the performance tune on my programmer. I accidnetally put in 87 once and the truck kept stalling on me. I had to drop the program until I could put the 93 back in....LOL!!

Have been using 93 with SuperChips in performance modeand mods since newon 2005 QC SWB Hemi Laramie; also run a can of Seafoam through it once a month. No detectable problems so far and the system checks out very clean.
