2003 Ram lower than later models?
I've had my '03 Ram for a while now and I've noticed that other Rams seem to be a fair bit higher than mine, particularly in the rear. I bought the truck used so it is quite possible that the previous owner may have did something to it to lower it. THe truck appears normal and does not look altered in any way. DId Dodge make them higher in later years or is mine low for some reason?

probably becuase your comparing your truck with 17" wheels and stock tires to one with the 20" and 33" tires which is a little taller becuase of the bigger tires. In the front, your torsion bars if its a 1500 could be sagging a little. Thats what I say though when im driving down the road. It seems like the 07 2wd qb shortbed is the same as my 4x4 03.
02-05 are cerainly the same if equipped with the same factory wheels and tires.
I am unsure about 06-08, but if they are higher (or lower)it is only an inch or less.

I have noticed the same thing about my 2003. I due have the 20" wheels, so that's not the issue. I thinkthat the 2005's got a new suspension, but I may be wrong here. My guess is that starting in 05 the Ram got a new undergirding which gives it a little more of a taller stance.

but i dont know of any changes...
