Default Side Molding

Ok guys. Since joining this board I have become a mod and accessory-oholic. Its time for the next one on my list.

I am sick of getting door dings frm idiots in parking lots and am thinking about putting on some side molding to try and prevent it as best i can. I would rather have people beat on those than my paint. And with my truck being black, they stand out like a sore thumb.

So my question is: Do you guys think it would look better with the black or the chrome molding? All of my accessories already are chrome. (ie: door handles, tailgate handle, emblems, bumbers, grill, rims). I dont know if the chrome molding would be "too much" chrome or not. But on the other hand,I dont know if the black molding would look weird since everything else is chrome. I need your guys' input!!

Or should I not do it at all?! [&:]

I personally am not big on chrome, but as long as you don't get too carried away so be it. Besides, it's your truck, who cares what I think?!

I assume you are putting on the stock molding, which you can easily see in Yellows sig.

Go black.

Definitely black. My truck is black and I have the black sidemolding as well and think it really goes good with it.

I like the idea of black because it snot as flashy and noticeable.... Im just hesitant because everything else on the truck is chrome. It would be different if it was the sport model that had the bumpers and everything the color of the truck.

Ahhh!! Decisions, decisions!

Well your mirrors are black, so those two would match beautifully
