Bent grooves in CAI filter..should I get rid of it?

Default Bent grooves in CAI filter..should I get rid of it?

I know this is a re-post but I bought a Like newCAI But its kind of rugged.. all the grooves are bent in different directions from being forced in tight spots from the prev owner. Is it worth keeping on>? It looks 100% clean Just messed up
