I've actually been having issues with my system lately. Maybe some of you "kids" can help me out. It seems EVERY time I hit a pothole or other bump, the needle skips!!!

Yea, I've been comtemplating that big jump to 8-track, but you just can't beat the sound of that good 'ole vinyl, ya' know?

I just installed my jensen Vm9312.....I LOVE IT!! GPS, rear camera, iPod, everything....next thing going in is the polk Audio seperates, (1) JL 10w0 and punch amps....... the only problem im running into is the rear doors and getting the speaker wires run into the truck through the rubber boot...suggestions..............

oh and Red and MFS....Im from Waukegan.

 

Sweet.... I think Red is trying to put together a g2g (I know what that means now...yay! ) I am way down here inmemphis.. I hope to be taking a vacation soon.

Suggestion....COAT HANGER!!!! Push the hanger through the rubber boot, run the cable along and atatch with e-tape (electrical tape for you novices...lol) and pull. Or, if that doesnt work, just poke a hole in the bottom of the rubber hose and go through that way. As you can see in the pics, none of us had the easiest time with that aspect.

 

From all the other stuff I looked at, I thought the rear doors were wire harnesses...so I cant run wires through it.....then again I didnt take em apart. Im in Knoxville....LOL

Yeah my family still lives up there though....im making my way up there this summer, probably for the taste....and then going to Wisconsin to go race motorcycles at road america.
