Default After Market Speakers

I'd like to replace the factory speakers in my 07 Ram QC. It has the basic radio w/ single CD and Sirius. I'm hoping someone canrecommend some speakers that will sound good and not cost a fortune. Also, does anyone know how many watts the factory radio puts out? Thanks in advance for info.

Buying New Speakers Really Arnt Going To Help.. Even If You Buy New Speakers You Still Will Lose Quality And Get Poor Sound When You Turned It Up. See Its Not The Speaker That Creates Good Sound.. It's The Power/ How The Power Is Amplified That Increases Sound Quality.. Most STOCK Head Units Are Less Than 50x4.. My 05's Output Was 35w, Honestly Couldnt Tell You If It Changed.

Even The High End Stock Stereo's Like Infinity Sound Systems, or Bose Systems Amplifies Its Output And Cleans It Up.

Honestly From Personal Experance I Found I Can Make Stock Speakers Sound Better With A New Head Unit W/ More Clean Power - Then Buying New Speakers and Keeping The Stock Head Unit.

If You Look At My System Install Post You'll See I Don't Have Craaaaazy Bass, I Went With CLEAN Power To My Speakers With New Speakers and An Amp. With The Amp It Also Has An Equilizer To Control The Range Of Sound To Your Speakers.

This May Be Outta The Budget You Want To Spend, But You'll Have Better Results If You Buy Good Speakers With A Even A Small Amp.

Id love to put a system in mine. I already have a Panasonic deck in there that was in my last truck... I have 2 10" subs also, I just dont want to take out all my storage space underneath the back seats. Thats one thing I LOVE about this truck and dont want to get rid of it. And I also dont wanna have to spring for an amp and an install.

I gave up one storage space for one 10" sub. I replaced all 4 speakers with average rms power. You have to get an amp for the sound to be nice and crisp. The headunit will decrease quality as the volume goes up. I mean depends on how high of volume you want. If its within the cab, you should be fine with cheap pioneers 2and 3-ways, but if you want to impressda 'hood, you need a whole set up like red said.
