getting ready to do the 30k service on my 05 hemi 4x4 4 door ram.
Mobil 1 5/20 motor oil, mobil syn gear oil rear 90/140 front 75/90, dodge gear oil additive for the rear, stock dodge champion plug, clean the air filter (K/N), rotater tires, probily replace front brakes, would like to cut the rotor (alttle pulse in the pedal).
The manual states not to do the trans until 50k, the last hemi I had (03) the manual had me changer the trans at 30 k. Whats up, is 50 k ok? Same fro the tranfer case??
Manual states change the differencials every 15k?? I feal like buying stock in Mobil oil.

Oxegin sensor, was not planning on changing it, any thought on that.

Did I miss any thing, and if so, could you recomend.

 

I believe the 3rd gen guys would be more knowledgeble about your situation

 

Throtle body cleaning, Brake fluid yes the diffs at every 15k the new trucks weigh more then the older ones.

 

Dodge Tech, thanks for the offer. I forgot all about cleaning the throttle body. do you have a recomended spray? Thanks for mentioning the brake fluid too.

mopar throtle body will not damage TPS,IAC and O2s

Any recomendations for up grading the computor (05 5.7 4x4 four door)? Which chip or flash? HOw do you feel about the Dodge Daytona cat back exhaust the dealer is selling? 4 or 5 hundred bucks?
