Another one of those what to buy polls....
I'm so damn indecisive when it comes to these things...
I'm settingabout 500$of my tax return aside to buy one of the bigger things I've wanted for the truck. What I'm considering:
1. A Bedrug. Anyone input from owners of these? They look really nice, but I won't be able to protect the bed rails like I can with a spray on (i've not seen a set of bed rail caps I like yet....). Can be had for around 400$ here.
2. Line-X. At 550$ it's 150$ more than the Bedrug, but it seems very durable....
3. A toolbox. I've got a RCSB, so storage is limited to start with. I've got a sub box behind the middle seat taking up about 1/3 of it. Between my tool bag and tiedown bag, theres very little room. The Line-X dealer had a very nice black diamond plate box on display.... again, about 400$
4. Wheels. The stock 17 steel wheels are bleh. I'm looking at either American Racing's Baja or Mojave styles. Either one runs around 500$ a set.
5. Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust cat back. I haven't looked at the kit too close yet, but it's supposed to be a true dual setup. And I've found it locally for under 500$.... or I can go the route most people go and...
6. Single to Duals with a Flowmaster 40 series. Local shop will do this for under 300$ including tips.
So.... what do you guys think? I've got a week or so to decide.

I'm saving some of it.... which is better than I normally manage
And it seems I was misinformed about the American Thunder package... it's a single to dual setup as well... no sense paying another 200$ :P

when i got my truck used it already had linex, but if it didn't it would have been the first thing i did. it will save the bed and there is a lifetime warrenty.
I agree about the steel wheels, but really, I didn't like the stock 20's either. I don't want to go any bigger, I like the stance now (might get a bigger tire when the time comes, butI'm sticking with 17's). I'm not crazy about dark rims, though painting them might be an option. I want to stick with the dark look though (considering debagding and playing with the front end colors a bit, but it's going to stay black and blue), so dark painted wheels could work (anyone mind photoshopping the sig pic?). Either way I can live with the wheels as they are for now, but that is something I want to change eventually.
