Lose 'em or move 'em. Lose some? Your truck.

I took mine off and it makes it a hell of a lot easier when washing and waxing. You can always order new badges if you ever HAVE to sell. Just photograph the truck as is, order the new ones and strip away.

Do it already!

I think I'm going to go with the (currently) 74% majority and take them off. couldn't I put them back on later, or will there be too much gunk on them?

How much heat do I need? will my wife's hairdryer work? Its pretty cold here right now. I was thinking of using the fishing line technique. What do you think?

You want your truck to look more BLACK!!! Get rid of the badges.

Kalashnikov,
If it is cold and you don;t have a garage, I would probably wait until it warms up a little because you trying to keep the adhesive warm and gooy to get the badge off will next to impossible, and yes use the fishing line technique with Goof Off. You are going to have extra gunk from the badges no matter what temps are outside, but the colder it is, the harder it is going to be to remove them.

i think a truck without badges looks great....however, a few badges placed in just the right spot can look really good as well....personally, I've de-badged all the trucks I've owned and have always loved the outcome
