Ok i have seen a handful of intake systems for these trucks. I just got an 03 SWB 5.7 and i want to know which one will yield the most performance. I havent seen any real results posted anywhere so im asking now.

Also.. there is a forced air induction scoop for behind the grille on ebay. Is it worth it?

I'm new to the dodge scene, but from what I have read K&N is always a reputable intake and probably one of the best on the market. Of course, people will have their preferences and I'm sure there are a few out there other than K&N that are just as good, if not better. I plan on going with the K&N tho.

 

I searched.. and i read the FAQ's up top there. Nobody really gives a definitive answer. They all seem easy enough to install.. but if im going to spend the money i'd like the maximum power if possible.

Looks like AEM seems to be the best from one thread i read... is that extension pipe worth it or should i go with that forced air duct for behind the grille on ebay?

 

if your talking about the "air ram induction scoop"....save your money.....i got one and i didnt notice any difference before and after it
