Default CAI & Warrnty

will adding a aftermarket CAI void my warrnty. i bet adding the chip will, but i guess you could uninstall it every time you go for a serviceing

From what I have read, the only way they could get you on an intake is if they can prove that the intake caused the problem. I have a powerwire which is plug and play like a chip and I just take it out when I go to get serviced. I had to have my CPU replaced and I made sure to take it out because they probably would have tried to blame it on that.

umm there is no void in the warranty unless the part screws up some other stock part in the engine

what does a power wire do, does it work on stock, or jsut aftermarket
