Many discussions on the subject, some as recent as today. Use the search feature and you'll get all the info you need and then some...

Hammer Let Me Se If I Can Save The Finger Work Out...

If Your Tire Size Is Larger That The Stock OD A 4.56 Is AGood Gear, Hammer Has The Hemi And I and ode Have The4.7. All Of Which Are Happy With The 4.56. The Increase Is Notice Off The Line and The Most Dramatic For Me Was Mashing The Pedal To Pass On The Highway.

If You Are Relatively Sticking To Stock OD A 4.10 May Be A Better Option.

The Higher Gear Will Balance The Effort Between Your Gearing / Motor Output.. If Your Currently Undrgeared W/ Larger OD Than Stock - Your MPG May Increase Under Conservative Driving Habits.

Here's A Chart To Give You A Very Rough Idea Of The RPM's On A Manual Trans

You OD Is Still Only 31.6.. Personally I Would Go With The 4.10's

If You Over Gear Your Truck You Can Kill Your 1/4 Mile Time.
