Like i discussed in the other thread, no one thinks about this but it is really worth it, imho.... Dynamat (or a generic brand like I got)


The stuff is awesome. It kills road noise and exhaust drone, while still letting you hear the hemi roar. It also keeps rattles down, and keeps most of your sound inside the cab. Basically, Good sounds inside, bad sounds stay out.

And for only $120 for 100sqft, you can really do the whole truck right. An afternoon, a buddy (for removing rows of seats), and a 12 pack and you will really improve your creature comforts

 

Put a tow package on the truck for about 200 (Hitch 110, wireharness 75, tounge and ball 20).
Installed a rear window decal (Old USAF Fighter Wing Symbol - Star/3bars) for looks and rear seat shade 60 dollars)

Once the weather gets warmer (was 9° F this morning and 32° F for high today) i will be installing the Dynamat as well as looking around for some side step bars.

does anyone know a good website to browse for decals? decals of all sorts? I'm looking for something...my truck is TOO clean right now (if that is even possible)

so does anyone have any comments about grilles? I'm looking into repacing my grille...looking to go black, not chrome.

would like to hear opinions/see pictures comparing billet to honeycomb to mesh, etc.

also, I think I can order the 5 piece sets, but I'm looking at my bumper and I'm not sure if my bumper allows for the 5th piece or not...anyone know?

so many places tint here in the city. it's only expensive cause of the back winshield in cars. in my maxima, i got the back windshield, and back doors' windows tinted for $165...they said they'd do the front doors for an extra $20. cause they, like the back doors, are easy. anyways...the pickup is simple as hell. took like 30minutes.
