please please please let me know how the smoked recon cab roof lights went! i am dying to get these im just afraid to drill holes in my roof though. i saw instructions that you have to take down the front of your headliner and wire it through the handles inside by the window. is it easy to install and hows the measuring and drilling?

Rumor has it Recon is going out of business. Sold a few sets of their cab lights. Takes 'bout 1.5-2 hrs to install including dropping the headliner/drilling/wiring. To Recon, smoked means you put a clear lens on a black base and that makes it look smoke(I am serious about this). With most aftermarket accessories you will get what you pay for. You buy a cheap programmer on ebay, don't complain when the manufacturer will not warranty that brick that has been used on another truck already. Most companies will not honor warranty on ebay items. You want cheap stuff??? These are retail prices you would pay if you go into a store selling truck accessories:
-Chrome door handles(4 doors & tailgate)-$125
-add chrome mirror covers-$50
-InChannel ventvisors(not the crappy stick ons)-$55
-Bugshield-smoke-$50 chrome-$90
-Billet grille-gonna start at about $150 for the upper
-Black nerf bars(not Westin)-$165-
-Plastic bedcaps-$85
-Hitch-$115(wiring will depend on what's under there) could be $30 or $90 or who needs wiring just get you a "yeah it's got a hemi" hitch insert for 'bout $45
-True flow filter-$42
Those are some cheap mods...you want the good stuff???
Intake-$180+
Exhaust-$350+
tonneau cover-($265 for a crappy one with snaps/$385 for a nice soft fold up Extang)+
programmer-$400+
grille guard-$350
heavy duty front bumper replacement-$850
rear bumper replacement-$400
------all these items listed above are good products I would put on my truck, not cheap stuff made in Taiwan
And the ultimate thing you can do for your Dodge to increase performance and value.......
sell it and buy a Chevy...
