I've had the halo lights on my '05 QC for a couple of years now and one of the LEDs has burned out that lights up one of the halos (bummer). Well, there is no way to get to the LED to repair it that I could find so I decided to put the stock headlights back on but now I want to upgrade the bulbs. Anyone ever tried these bulbs...?

How about the new Sylvania Ultras? Anyone with any experience with these bulbs in their Ram?

ya. I had those, not the exact brand but the bulbs are basically all he same. If you know about bulbs and HIDs you'll know that an 8500K is pretty blue, however, the 8500K bulb with no HID kit will simply give you a pure white. not that **** yellow factory color white and not a rich blue but a pure white color. for the most part i liked them besides for the fact the bulb is blue and make a blue-ish reflection in the chrome housing of the headlight so if you looked at the headlight a certain way, while off it appeared to be blue (headlight) and orange (turn signal) I'm putting in the projector with halo's and LED's in tomorrow! pretty excited!

 

I have the ultra's in my 04, they do give you a pretty good increase in intensity and distance.
