Default Fuse problem?

2002 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, 4.7L. I got into my truck this morning, cranked it up and turned on the lights. Everything worked perfect except my instrument panel lights (including the lights for the heater/ac) won't work. The high intensity odometer, radio frequency and overhead panel lights work, and all other lights on the vehicle work. I looked at the fuse box under the hood but couldn't find a listing for "instrument panel". Without pulling all sixty-something fuses, does anyone know the fuse number that controls the instrument panel? Are there any other fuses that I'm not aware of? I pretty much ruled out a burned out bulb since it affects the heater/ac area also. Thanks for any help.

May be a relay. In the manual for my '03, it looks like fuses 18 & 22 feed the instrument panel lamps.

here is a diagram of the integrated power module that contains the fuse to the instrument cluster. There have been a few problems with these IPM's.

Had an issue with the fog lights and learn these like the back of my hand. Fuse 18 is the one that will feed the lights on the heater controls and instrument panel. I had to pull it and 2 of the relays to get my lights to turn off becasue of a bad switch. It took 5 days to get the part.

All fuses and relays check out ok....the dimmer switch is working. The odometer numbers, the radio frequency/time and the overhead console dims and brightens with the dimmers switch, but the guages/temp control area does not dim or brighten. So, I'm now guessing that I DO have some blown bulbs. How difficult is it to get to where the bulbs are located?

Well, it wasn't a fuse, and it wasn't a bulb; it was a short in the headlight switch. New one cured the problem. Thanks everybody.
