you havent said if you signed all the papers and if you have a pay check stub that would varifiy that you were employed at the time you signed the papers. I am serious about talking to a lawyer to find out your rights. ALSO, Hide the truck until you find out where you stand.

each state has different laws regarding this, depends on your state. GIVE THE TRUCK BACK BEFORE YOU MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE. Sounds like your young, don't try to keep up with the Jones's. Buy what you can afford with your one job. If you needed to show you had two jobs to qualify you clearly can not afford it. This truck will ruin your credit score so you will not be able to qualify for any loan (car, home, or credit card) for 5 years with out paying a crazy rate like 20%. At that rate you will not be able to afford anything. Not only will your credit be bad but you also run the risk of getting it reposessed. If you take out a 5 or 6 year loan on this truck you have to think of the bills you will have in 5 or 6 years. You will have student loans to pay and higher rent to name a few and hopefully you do not get married and have kids. Give the truck back, if you really like it try another dealer. If they offer better terms take it, if not forget about it. Don't make the same mistake other people have made. Sounds like some of them are on this website. Learn from their mistakes.

Finding out your rights from a lawyer is fine, however, how much will it cost you if you have to push the issue by using the lawyer? Not worth it. One time I had a dealer try to sell me a car, went to sign the papers and the price of the car had jumped up $4000. The sales man said they for got to put an additional sticker on the car for additions the dealer added. I had already had the signed deal with the price they gave me with the vin number. I took a picture of the car and the sticker on the car that had my price on it, then went home. called the dealer and asked to talk to the General Manager. Explained to him that I had a signed piece of paper with the car price and vin number on it and they tried to add 4000 to it because of additions they had done that was not on the car sticker. Explained I had pictures. He put me on hold, came back gave me the deal and fired the salesman. A deal in writng is a deal. They will try to change the deal on the final paperwork. On Monday call the General Manager of the dealer, do not talk to the salesman.
