Default quad cab lighting in rear

I would like to add light for the back sit that my kids could put on during night driving... If I turn on the cab lighting then all lighting lights up inside.... what options do I have and where can I get lighting that will light up without lighting up the whole cab...
Thanks for any help you can give me...
Terry

lThat Got Me Scratchin' My Head...

Personally, I Would Add New Lights To The Rear. Find Nice 12v Lights At You Autoparts Store and Install Them In The Headliner. The Foam Is Thickto Be Able To Mount Them. Run New Wires To A Whole New Switch.

mounting em to the roof will still light up most of the truck you would have to mount them on the back of the seats or something to keep the light in the back facing the back..

Any Sort of Light That Will Benifit The Rear Passengers Will Light Up A Dark Cab... That Method Just Doesn't Have The Front Lights On.

well think of it this way... if you have the light on the back of the chair it is acting as a blocker for the light to go into the front. The light would be focused downward and towards the rear so that the rear passengers can use the light they wanted without having it too bright. If they are mounted on the roof the light will still spread like the one is in the center of the cab but it would just be focused a little more towards the rear.. It's still a distraction where the back of the seats would be half as bad..

Is the rear windows still stock?
