I have an 07 1500 QC Big Horn and I am looking to swap out my chrome grill and chrome bumper covers for black ones or even mineral gray if possible. I have searched online and haven't really found anything. I have also posted in the classifieds on this page.

Should I be looking anywhere else?

I was actually looking into doing the same thing! Blacked out everything is sort of the look I'm going for.

I've found some billet grille inserts, but nothing has really caught my eye.

One thing I've considered is powder coating!!!!!

powder coat is the way too go. If i had the money id get my truck painted flat black every were like Rob dyrdeks new chevy tahoe for those who watch rob and big.

Powder coating is an excellent way to put a durable finish on just about anything. The shine that is available with powder coating can be as good as paint and the overall durability will far exceed paint.

If POR-15 didnt fade in the sunlight over time I would suggest that but since it does I would keep it for use under the truck or under the hood. Very durable stuff as well that acts as a rust proofer as well.

Well... as long at both bumpers are in excellent condition and each pays thier own shipping.. seems like everyone wins... he gets the black bumper he want and the other guy get the chrome like he wants... as long as they know its not gonna be cheap shipping bumpers around...

How new is your truck?

I like the grills on the work series trucks. I have a grey truck and would prefer if I could get rid of all of the chrome.

I found this on StylinTrucks and even though it shows a chrome grille in the pics at the bottom of the page it clearly states BLACK PowderCoat Finish!!!!
