In my truck there is a small hook to the right of the little din beneath my heater/ac control on the passenger side.... what is the function/purpose of this hook, I haven't thought of any good reason or purpose for it. But maybe I'm just not thinking of something??

 

you talking about the little plastic trash bag hook?

 

If my memory serves me correctly, they showed a plastic sack hanging there in the pics of the ram when they had them. But you could also hang your hat if is is not fitted.

 

The hook doesn't need a particular funtion does it? Use it as you want to!

 

Oh. I don't let trash accumulate in my truck, guess that's why I never thought of that purpose for it. And I don't wear hats, but maybe I'll find it useful someday.

 

I keep a bag hanging on it for trash. It also hides the screw that holds the center stack cover on.

I thought it was for women to put there handbags on!!!! Although the magic tree air freshener hangs there quite well.

 

yea I put my air freshner there perfect place.

 

I thought the same thing. My Mom's Kia van has one too. They said, it was a handbag holder.
