In some states, it is against the law for your fog lights to be on when your high beams are on...

You cant use the jumper wire trick with our 07 trucks but you can ask them to program the fog lights for "export" so they stay on with your brights...

Oh i see. ok so i think i got that answer i was looking for here. Now, i got another one. is there any kind of light bulb that goes in the stock plug that is halogen or something like that white light or just something that looks better. i saw a friends truck and he had a blueish colored light, it was neat looking.

The factory fog lamps take a standard 55 watt 9006 halogen headlight bulb capsule.
These are available in lots of styles and colorsincluding standard, extra-white, ion-crystal, blue, purple and yellow tints from many different manufacturers.

$100.00 is way to much to charge to "enable" the fog lights. I can appreciate the dealer having to make a profit. But that is too much.

David/Service Guy

Can you tell me how to configure the lights so I can have my service guy do it. We tried today and he did not know how to make the foglights stay on with the brights.

Thanks
