Default Lift or Level???

Hey guys i want to lift or level my truck. i was looking on ebay and seen shock spring blocks for like 80 bucks. but when i took a look at the front to see how easy it would be i noticed theres no shock springs so i dont see why its listed 94-08. but anywho i seen a torsion key level kit and was wondering what that would be like. is it hard on the front end or should i just crank torsion bars or do i need to go with a full body lift kit which is more money than i want to pay right now. any inputs would be great thanks.

Coil spacers are good for all 94-08's. As long as you own a 4x2. 02-05 4x4s utilize the torsion bars.
Keys are a better option for you after about 1-1.5" as the torsion cranks tend to really stiffen the front end after that. The leveling keys would be a fine option as long as you don't go too much taller than 33" tires. Some put 35's which will fit, but you are relagating yourself to being pretty much a pavement queen as they will rub a good bit off road on anything but the tamest trails.

Thanks tdmopar, I know thats what you said earlier. I'm just trying to make sure I get the right setup. If I get this setup what would be the biggest and widest tire I could run?

FlameRed04...just a thought...if you're spending that much on a leveling kit why not just get the ReadyLift kit that most of the forum has gone with? People have all been saying they're happy with it, so why not?

Just a thought.

Denniss66...depends on how much money you have to work with. I'd say lift the thing, but leveling is a quick, cheap, and easy way to improve the look of any truck.

If you have some money to throw around you need to check out the link below...

kore is the bast out there and have you noticed none of them lift the truck beyond 5" that just means to build an off roader you don't need to lift it, you just need more suspension travel and softer suspension. I think the unlimited lift requires fender flares and to cut out the wheel well. Man I would love to get that but there only for coil over suspension. I think for you the levelingkeys will be fine. Even though I cranked my bars and got new shocks and left it.
