Rear bumper for 2004 quad cab 1500

Hey again.

I am looking for a rear bumper new or used for a 04 Quad Cab 1500. Some goof smacked me in a parking lot and took off. It was just enough to crease the bumper. I know that new they are $500 from the dealer so I would prefer not to claim insurance since my deductable is $500. Any ideas or links either post or send me a PM.
