That's funny, the Dodge dealership here in Athens Alabama closed not long ago too.

I bought my 06 at framingham dodge, and they were closed a month
later, but to think about it for a sec, ive seen alot of ford/gm dealers
closed in the past couple years as well- just not as many
as chrysler

 

lowell chrysler jeep dodge used to be owned by IRA and then daimler corp bought it out from them ( kind of took it over) then a private buyer bought it at the beginning of last summer and now its closed. just couldnt meet the quota which is understandle for a business sense. herb chambers dodge in danvers does good business but still not enough and same thing with salisbury dodge. the economy is just killing everything sales wise.

 

I have 4 Dodge dealers withing 10 or so miles of me. One of them is brandy spankin new and he is right around the corner
