Default Engine trouble

Wednesday night, I lost water flow through the engine. I posted a forum on it if you want the details on Wednesday. So me and my dad decide to fix it the next day, thursday...what a nightmare. turned out to be that the water pump was shot, actually the inside propeller was completly cracked. i also put in a new thermostat just to be safe and everyone agreed with me that it looked slammed shut. so now my engine runs, water flows and its fine. However.....it runs, but runs like complete SH*T!!! it also shakes like a mother. i believe the shaking is due to me needing a new fan clutch, due to the little wobble in the fan, thats being replaced tomorrow. Now the next problem is it running bad, it sound sputtery...doubt thats a word, but it sputters and sound bad through the exhaust and also seems to have a loss in power. the check engine light has come on and says P0051. I looked that up and believe its a o2 heater sensor thing..whatever it is.. the code is P0051. will this cause it to run bad? if i replace that sensor and fan clutch should it be back to normal?

Damn bro that sucks, sorry to hear the troubles you are having. Do you have warranty still on the truck?

NOPE. to me it seems something more serious that its running bad, like its missing, however i have heard before that the damn o2 sensor throughs things out of whack, such as greatly affecting your mpg and also how it runs. hopefully its that and as for it shakking, im like 95% sure its the fan clutch, bc the fan wobbles, causing the whole truck to shake in slow speeds
