Default please help

Wednesday night, I lost water flow through the engine. I posted a forum on it if you want the details on Wednesday. So me and my dad decide to fix it the next day, thursday...what a nightmare. turned out to be that the water pump was shot, actually the inside propeller was completly cracked. i also put in a new thermostat just to be safe and everyone agreed with me that it looked slammed shut. so now my engine runs, water flows and its fine. However.....it runs, but runs like complete SH*T!!! it also shakes like a mother. i believe the shaking is due to me needing a new fan clutch, due to the little wobble in the fan, thats being replaced tomorrow. Now the next problem is it running bad, it sound sputtery...doubt thats a word, but it sputters and sound bad through the exhaust and also seems to have a loss in power. the check engine light has come on and says P0051. I looked that up and believe its a o2 heater sensor thing..whatever it is.. the code is P0051. will this cause it to run bad? if i replace that sensor and fan clutch should it be back to normal?

You Make Sure You Added The Correct Coolant...

Did You Have This Problem Before The Pump Went Bad?

How Long Did The Motor Run With The Bum Water Pump?

Why Do You Believe The Fan Clutch Is Bad? What Cause It To Be Bad.

After You Replaced The Pump.. Did It Progressivly Get Worse, or Was IT Like This From The Get Go?

... If It All Happened After You Installed Hopefully The System Was Properly Burped. If The Motor Overheated It Could Have Caused Warpage In The Motor - When There Is Low Coolant in The System The Engine Temp Prob Will Not Read Correctly.

according to my literature P0051 is: Upstream Oxygen Sensor (right cylinder bank), heater circuit low voltage. In my experience, whenever any emmission part takes a dump, so does the performance severely.

redrma..as of right now thers only water..and what do you mean burp the system? i fixed the water pump....and the engine only ran 20 minutes at the most with the messed up water pump. and no the problem was not here before the water pump situation. have no idea why it would be bad....it just wobbles and have had a few people tell me to replace the fan clutch, the thing atatched to the fan blades. it was like it from the get go and no it hasnt got worse, actually my truck is stupid...it sometimes fixes itself....sometimes it will be bad, then all of a sudden its fine, then it'll come back 10 minutes later...very weird..the check engine light is on and its P0051...and floors of hell describes what that is
