Try this TSB, if it is what I think it is. Just complain of the symptoms listed.

My 2004 hemi use to shut off too when i came to a stop. The dealer even did TSB, but that didn't help. The promblem was that when i had my transmissions filters change i was 5qts low of ATF, and after the dealer added that 5qts my truck never shut off again

I posted a reply for one of these last week, and I'll tell you the same thing. Mine was the brakes. When I would come to a stop the truck would die.I changed my pads and rotors and cleaned the speed sensor in the wheel hub and I haven't had a stalling problem since. I tried all the other answers on this site including the dealer reflash and nothing worked. I did a tune upcleaned the throttle body, you name it and nothing worked. After searching through the site for a few hours I saw a post suggesting the brakes. Gave it a try and it worked. Hope this helped.

I know it sounds wierd, but it worked for me. I had a very slight squeel when I would come to a stop, then the truck would shut off. If there was no squeel, it would be fine. I would suggest doing a proper break in on your pads when you change them out or the squeel could still be there. Mine did for the first couple of days, even with new rotors, so I warrantied the pads and broke them in as per my haynes manual and I haven't had a problem since. I hope you get it figured out. Later
