If you do a spacer I dont think you will have a problem just make sure to check your brake lines and such.

i just bought a 2007 dodge mega cab 1500 2wd 8 lug truck. i want to either level the front or just lift it about 3-4 inches. i would like to know if there is a leveling kit or a lift kit for this truck, cause i have been all over the net. called 4 wheel parts and a bunch more truck accesories stores and have found nothing. does anyone have any idea on what i can do to level out or lift my truck?

I would get the spacers and small blocks for the rear. When you do this itwill look like a 4x4 with a leveling kit. by the way you getting those spindles was the best way to level a truck since it doesn't mess with any thing. I wish they made those for the 4x4's.
