so im down here in florida and we're about to get hit by this big *** front coming through and i swear to god, everytime it rains i blow the same damn tailight. I've already swapped out the circuit board that the lights plug into because it was rusted out and i thought that wouldve fixed the problem but like i said, everytime it rains, and i rains a lot here, i blow the middle bulb on the drivers side. btw i have a 04 5.7 hemi QC. thanks for any help guys

I guess you have to trace all the wires and see if there is a short some where.

 

Ditto on the short. Water conducts electricity so if there is an exposed wire anywhere, the bulb will blow. You might also want to check the seels around the lamp assembly to make sure no water is getting in there either.
