$1800 is too rich for my blood! There would be no way I could do that.

saw about 30 to 40 hp gain (havent dynoed yet cause im not done), I also noticed huge throttle response increase.. right around 3.9 - 4.0 0-60 depending on temps and conditions....
You know, I have a huge headache, I took in to many exhaust fumes today, but am I reading this right? You claim a 3.9-4.0 0-60? I just want to know.

how did you time your 0-60?

just so that you know for future reference, its been physically proven to be better for the truck to race with the tailgate up, than with the tailgate down. i used to also think that it would be faster with it down, or removed, but without a bed cover, and with the tailgate down or gone, it creates a drag along the back of the cab. with the tailgate up, the air that gets "trapped" in the bed creates almost a surface for the other air traveling over to flow.

Something doesn't seem right about this statement. The 2 filters can not come out of alignment. Look at the pic below. One of the filters screws on like an oil filter and the other one is held in place by a bolt. The bolt is #14 in the pic. If this is a 45RFE transmission, I don't see that happening.
