sorry all, ok as far as the research that ive done...at about 70mph with the new gears, my truck is sitting about 3000 rpm...as long as the throttle is eased into it...I mean you can punch the gas to the ground and be rolling at like 4500 rpm until the truck catches up, but at 70, im about 3000 rpm

id say so man...since our trucks are so underpowered, it really helped put some kick back in the engine...Towing my friends boat almost every other weekend has definetely improved...no more rediculously high RPM's and the truck pulls the weight better overall

yea, we don't have a posi. i called the dealer...

anyways, yea, getting the work done without the posi would be so cheap...700-800 bucks. but that posi adds 450 to the price. doesn't change the labor or anything....so, it'd be dumb to not get the posi...but, it's liek 2/3 the cost.

yeah that was my problem...I bought the gears separate and then had the posi installed a week later...so labor charges was doubled [:@]...But yeah, I'd say if your gonna get the new gears, definetely get the posi along with it in the same time your getting the gears installed
