Not anything new - I just put the tow mirrors on last night - I really like the look with those on now by the way - I also had it repainted the same mineral grey but the paint was horrible, very thin and scratched way to easily and was starting to chip off so I got a free paint job on the both doors and sides of the bed, and the vinyl Hemi strip on the rocker panels removed(I hated that damn thing)- I am installing the ranch hand steps tonight - I will get those on tonight and take some pictures - it is a work in progress, next is probably going to be a ranch hand rear bumper I think. I try and add something new every month.

You are getting that in an MC - that is 16.5-17 avg. mpg

2wd?
3.73 or 4.10?
tire size?

any performance mods?

The best I have ever gotten is 514 miles to a tankor 15.11mpg. I would love to just once get 60o miles to the tank. But if you can get it good on ya - I am going to be putting a little smaller of a tire on to help with the gas mileage soon - something like a 275 or 285x70 - hopefully the smaller tire and less weight will help a bit with the mpg.

I'm not going to change anything. I didn't buy my MC for the milage nor amI going to worry any about it. I have a use for my truck and until my needs are over I will have my truck, and I don't think my needs will go away any time soon.

GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS AND MY MEGA CAB !!!

I wish I could have that mentality - but it is getting for me that I spendas muchmoney to drive to hunts than I do on the actual hunt - I did a ram/pig hunt in south texas for 375 - 2 weeks ago - I spent right at 300 on gas - I don't have to have the big MT's so I can downgrade a bit - if it doesnt help my mileage like I am hoping I will throw the MT back on - hell I have the truck listed for sale - cause my wife is pregnant and if we can free up a couple hundred a month then I am fine with it - sort of - I love my truck but you gotta do what ya gotta do though (I am secretly hoping it doesn't sell though)

Sorry, My MC is 4x4, 3.73 axles, SXT, added block heater, fog lights, tow hooks, heavy duty mud flaps, bed caps, toolbox, Laramie interior trim, 6 disc stereo and infinity dash speakers. I drive this truck everyday. I consider it all highway driving, but the max speed is 55mph for about 2/3rd of my 70 mile commute. Some hills, but mainly flat. I dont know if living 6000 ft above sea level has anything to do with my mileage, but I am not complaining.

I hear you man.

I'm at a different point, my kids are grown, youngest 16, and I'm building a place up in the woods;

I need the rig to haul stuff up there and I have a seperate work truck so that is not an issue. We have a Honda as well for times that we don't need the truck. And - the MC gets better milage than all of my other trucks...
