what did u pay for your new ram???
my 05 was listed for 33k they offered it to me for 23k plus 5k negative eq on my explorer - I wanted the Ram.
BTW - i think you get a better deal if you by closer to the end of the year, and look for last years model on the lot. You wont get the rebates, but they'll drop the price a lot to get the 07 offs the lots - so look for last years model on the new lot and i bet you can swing a great deal

Got my Mega Cab 1500 which is actually a 2500 SLT loaded sticker atalmost 43K for just under 30K though I bought the FULL lifetime warranty for another $3600 as I intend on keeping it a lifetime.

Picked up our 08 Power Wagon with all options for $39,250, the MSRP was $49,895, about $10,600 discount before tax and license. I think it was $500 over invoice less rebates of $5250.
I honestly believe the Tundra is a good truck, but there are two reasons I would not buy one: first, it's new, and hasn't had time for all the bugs to be worked out of it, and second, it's ugly as sin.
The "Free Lifetime Warranty" covers only internally lubricated parts of the drivetrain, meaning not a whole lot. The Full warranty covers everything but tires/brakes/belts/hoses essentially everything but wear items. It is available in 4yr to 7yr to lifetime.
'08 Hemi Laramie 5.7 Hemi - Sticker $41K Fully loaded, Navigation, UConnect, Chrome, etc.
Trade in was $5,000
The Bumper to Bumper Lifetime Warranty negotiated to $1,700. This covers everything else the drivetrain does not.
+ TTL
After it was all said and done, $26,000 out of the door.
There are great deals to be had.

I currently own a 2007 ram 1500. I chose the HEMI MDS, I have the big horn package on the quad cad chassand I paid just over 19.6k + tax, fee's which came to 22.3k OTD. The sticker is 36,170 after dealer markup. Now that could be cause I was a salesman at dodge who sold it to myself, but I think it was the most amazing deal ever! I have almost 20k miles on it already and have had no problems other than the check engine light when I didnt tighten the gas cap. I put the flowmaster original 40 series, with a highflow catco performance catyltic converter and a K&N drop in filter. I would buy another one anyday! I have raced and beat about 2 or 3 new toyota tundras (2007 tundra's) with the 5.7 (381hp). Also, a few WRX's (turbo impreza) and and other small japanese cars. I plan on keeping the pick up and lowering it just 2"/4" and adding coilovers and front + rear swaybars. (I am into road handling).
