Yeah I did, If it is in neutral It does not the sound, I have to be driving and I have to slightly be giving gas (the peddle almost half way down) and then the noise will appear between 2000 & 3000 RPM. If i squash the peddle to the ground the noise will not appear.

 

could it be that my air intake is a lemon

 

Anyway if anyone finds anything out about my problem please let my know Thank's

 

Sounds to me like the well-documented noise from the EGR that's supposed to be common on any Hemi with a cold air intake.
