25K on my 05 Hemi, only thing I had to take it in for was the new and improved door seals.

30K is a magical number, DO YOUR 30K maintenance!!

Curious, did you change your differential fluid at 15K?

 

changed the diff a few k miles ago, used amsoil.
No clue why they call for a change so often. Buddy has a 2002 80k never changed it. No issues. Was reading on another board where ford calls for it at 150 000miles.

 

It is because of the C-Clip issue. They figure if you open it and catch a broken clip laying at the bottom it will save them (Dodge) money if still under warranty as you will not need a whole new rear.

At least that is my theroy as to why.

 

02 56,000 K - Recall B20 Axle flange / Recall C10 side mirrors / Recall C11 Blower / Recall G28 Shift Lever Blocker / Water Pump / Power steering line. Having a humming sound from tranny in Rev now. Rust over the back wheel wells and starting to replace the speakers. This truck was the first of the third generation it was love at first site. No complaints

 

2003 50,000 mi. no problems except the c-clip issue, got me a new rear end for 100.00 nothing other than that, but i got a feeling that ill need a new switch on the driver door in little while.

 

04 QCSB 4x2 HEMI with 78k+ on her. So far I've had to replace the passenger side wheel bearing, a set of 4 tires, the drivers side sunvisor and lots of 89 octane fuel.

Truck now has the odd ratle in the dash area, but This is the best truck to date I have owned, My 04 F-150 5.43v was close to being rebulit twice at the same KM ...

06 1500 4.7 6sp 4x4, bought with 4 miles on it in 07. 21000, no problems at all (knock on wood)
