is that all that can be done to help conserve on fuel?Whats this cold air box?How much will it help with the exhust and box? I went to Toronto lastnight with the wife bascially2 hrs in the truck and went through at least40 to 50bucks in gas, With cruise on at 120 kph max..Also how do I know theMDS is working???LOL thanks for the help
What kind of mpg do you expect from your truck doing that speed down the road? That's 75mph. Hell with mods on my truck specifically looking to improve fuel economy I would get about 17mpg at that speed.

Since you are in Canada
consider installing an electric block heater
to cut the warm-up time
during which the engine is much less efficient.

How much improvement did you get out of your tuner. I have a CAI, a Magnaflow, put in a Tuneau and I drive very calmly. I am debating the tuner since I have an 03 and MDS was not available for that truck.

Thanks
