what deals are you getting on 08 Rams?
my buddy is looking hard at getting a 2008 1500 Laramie Quad 4x4.
MSRP around $42,000
the current incentive is $5,000 cash back plus $1,000 bonus cash. so that gets him at around $36,000. i still think that's too high.
i bought my 06 laramie QC 4x4 for$30K during dealer pricing (MSRP $41K). i know dealer pricing probably won't come back but i'm trying to get him the best deal possible. i told him to shoot for $1,000 over invoice - then take an additional $6,000 off of that price. so with an invoice around 37,500, he should pay ($38,500-$6,000) = $32,500. is that about what everyone else is getting out of the dealerships??? thanks for the input.

You can buy that truck on ebay right now for $29k - 2008 quad cab, Laramie, 4x4, sunroof, DVD, tow pkg. If you're willing to travel to South Carolina to buy the truck, it's a no-brainer.
Right now they've got it in stock in white and black.

Work your local dealer, deals can be had. I was working with the Kellogg Idaho place and had a great deal worked when I went local and got my Mega Cab fairly loaded for just under 30K with an MSRP of almost 43K... It took some talking and I was tough and it didn't happen at the first local dealer either.
