Default Installed my new speakers today / Few problems

I installed my new pionner 5 ways today and ran into a few problems. The installation speaker wise went pretty good as I used the stock 6x9 spacer. But when I took the passenger side door panel off something fell out?! and now the passenger side handle wont work after being screwed in properly? I am guessing it connects somehow to the handle...It looks like a small plastic circle
Also the last question is the speaker covers that came with my 6x9 wont fit so I just used the stock cover that comes with the door panel is that ok for the new speaker>?

btw these speakers sound really good for the $

Thankssss

yea the stock cover is fine. i work at a audio store and really the best thing you could have gone with are the kicker 6x9s but also if you buy a head unit they will be alot louder or put a amp on them.. i have the kicker 6x9s in the doors with the kicker ks25 tweeters in the a piller and i have 2 ks150.2 amp running these 4 speakers and have 2 cvx12s in a 5.6 c.f. box behind the seat and hit a 151.2 on the dash outlaw sealedbox and a 147.6 ported.. but that is about the best thing i could do without a cuthrew and it makes your stomache hurt its so loud.

actually like i said before i work at a audio store and if you want to be exact the black ones are 460 max and your right about the 80rms but if you actually put 80 on those they would fry and your head unit has about a 3.8 preamp voltage and is about 19 rms on each one if you double that on those speakers they would fry cause they are the same as the blue trust me i know and just because im 17 and have a badass truck and know my sh** dont try to put me down especially when it comes to audio because i know that stuff
