this poll is pointless. You cant bunch all of the dealerships for one make into one kind. My little one i bought it from is great, i will be a customer for a long time. The local one, is a big bag of crap.

This has to be a dealer vs dealer poll.

This is like comparing different kinds of peanut butter with a poll that only asks if you like/dislike

My dealer is great here in central Florida. Maybe because they are small and care more about their customers vs the larger dealership groups. Parts availability & Service is excellent. No high pressure when I bought my Ram either.

I am partial to one dealer in particular that is a great place, but I know of others that would be better off just closing their doors..But as stated above, you can't judge all dealers by how one is. You had a bad experience with one dealer so now you avoid them all, thats like saying that one girl gave you the clap, so now you are gonna avoid all girls...

Exactly, they are all different, even franchised multi state dealers. I bought my truck from a Lithia in Helena, Mt about 90 miles away, best service and best experience I have had before. Boght the wifes jeep from the local Lithia, even froma guy I used to work with in the Air Force.. he and his "manager" dicked me around all day till I finally got what I went in there for. That's why I answered average....

lemme tell you all about my dealer......Landers Dodge in southaven MS. owned..and managed by bitches. i bought my 07 QC 1500 from them in august 07. it was the only one in the memphis area that was exactly what i wanted in the pearl blue color. well before i left with it i did the good once over and found a spot with a paint chip just behind the pass wheel hump on the bed. so they said they would fix it later.....strike one. it should have been fixed then. immediately after i got home i looked it over again in better light and found where someone had repainted the pass side bed rail, and i noticed swirl marks from a buffer and rubbing compound all over the pass side..little white specks. so i immediately called the dealer and told him that my truck had some paint issues and he acted like i messed something up. anyway i drove down there the next day and confronted the owner on it. he didnt act like he cared and got this ***** of a service manager to tell me that pearl paint was supposed to do that. ( little do they know i do custom paint and body work on the side and can tell when a vehicle has had repairs from a MILE AWAY! ) so i told him to stick that comment up his *** cause i know what im looking at. plus the bed and the tailight had burns from the buffer on it. so he told me that he would be in touch with the chrysler repin 2 or 3 weeks. strike two, he should have called the guy right then to tell him about the problem. so 2 months passed and nothing was done. they finally told me they would swap the bed out with another, well they did that and i couldnt really check it outtoo good cause the sun was going down and it was dark cloudy outside. so the next day i washed it real good and noticed that THE BED DOESNT MATCH THE CAB NOW!!!!!!!! theres a difference in the pearl, its hard to notice to just anyone but it sticks out like crazy to me! so they told me there was nothing they could do and gave me a set of fog lights and a chrome grill that i had to put on...so i love my truck to death but chrysler can kiss my whole ***, taint and all.

I was a little miffed when the dealership could not figure out my remote start/unlocking fob problem. I had to take it in 4 or 5 times for the same thing until I got a little (well way more than a little) terse with them and told them I was tired of coming in and they not knowing what was wrong. Finally someone looked at the fliers they all get, dated 6 months earlier, and saw one component to the remote starter had a factory recall on it and the symptoms were exactly like mine. I soo wanted to rub their noses in this but I was cool. They ordered the replacement piece and gave me arental carfor my trouble and their ignorance. The only thing about getting a rental is that it took almost as long to get the rental that I actually spent in the rental, Enterprise sure was slow.

Now the big thing that really pissed my off about the dealership was when I went to buy my truck, or was looking to buy my truck. No bull****, I was on the lot (within eyesight of the showroom) walking around looking at trucks for over an hour before I walked inside and had to find a salesman to talk to about the trucks. On previous trips to different dealers I am getting bombarded by salesmen even when I was not looking at buying anything nor was I looking at anything, hell I was just cutting through the parking lot once and got bombarded.

Which one do you use?

Ive tried Central florida, napoltons, starling, and clarmont. clarmont was the only one who could hear and see that 4 of 8 bolts holding my exhaust manifold on the passenger side where broke. the rest kept teling me it was normal.
