Trying to cut down on the MPG Threads.

Everyone post up, and can we get this stickied so maybe there will be a few less thread.

Just pick one for Town, Highway and Tow.

 

town = under 9
hwy = 18+

 

You keep your foot in it town, and take it off on the higway. You sir are the opposite of me. i edited the poll for that as well, so you can add your vote to the mix

 

nope, i am a feather foot in town and hwy. its just san diego has a lot of hills that we go up and down on. thats why my town is so horrible.

 

By math I usually average 2MPG less than the computer says so, by the computer.... 11.6 MPG town, 13 MPG HWY

 

Town 13 - 14
Highway 19 - 20

As far as the sticky goes. This forum used to stick threads until there was so much great information stickied that you only had 4 or 5 threads that were not stickied per page which made responces to problems fewer since the members had to go back 5 pages just to see the current topics. They removed the stickies and this forum has flourished.

 

town - 13, 14
highway - 17+

 

10 to 13+ mpg in town depending on stoplights and traffic.
17+ mpg on highway cruising at 55 mph.

 

Mega Cab -
12-13 in town
15-16 on the road

so far 700+ miles

 

Well. Nevermind on the sticky then. Maybe this will cut down on the threads on mpg at least. i logged in earlier, and there were 3 in the top 10 posts.

I posted mine using mechanical. My comp is about 2 mpg off in town, and accurate on the hwy
