Intake and Exhaust for 2004 5.7L 2500

Need Help,
Have an 04' Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi. Wanted to know if anyone has tips on the best exhaust and cold air intake to improve MPG.
Heard Volant with ram air scoop is the way to go, can anyone confirm?
Any exhaust ideas?
