About 2-3 miles away, but if the SOB doest run i cant get it there, I am pretty mechanically inclined that why i was going to try to fix it myself, Is this normal for dodge really, its in really good shape with 51,000, could it be the valve problem they are having? Before it stopped running it wasnt making any noise from up front, it seemed like it was starving for fuel, it has a new battery in it, i am going to take the alternator off tomm and test it, as well as check to see if there is fuel pressure.

I dont really understand the powertrain warranty i thought it went out when the owner got rid of the truck or the mileage/months went out.So your saying the warrant stays with the truck regardless of how many owners. As long as it within mileage and or months

Call the dealer and have them come get it and fix it or take it back. OR Have youchecked to see if you have fuel, spark, compression and air?It won't run w/o these 4 so thats where I would start. if your mechanically inclined get your tools out and dig in. I would check the simple stuff 1st. After you do this let us know what you find and go from there. Good luck.

There can be a number of problem with this so nock down the simple ones first.
1 we know you have gas so this can be a fuel filter plugged or fuel line restricted.
2 Contaminated fuel.
3 Air in the fuel system or defective fuel injection pump or injector.
4 fuel pump faulty.
5 check the battery terminal, may be lose or corroded.
6 you may have loose or broken wires in the starting circuit or at the ignition coil
7 it can be just faulty or worn spark plugs.
I don’t think that this is a mechanical problem so if you can narrow down the above first and find the problem then get that RAM back on the road. Good luck.
