Default Replacing 3 Dash tweeters,, any advice

Im putting together a new soundsystem, for the truck

I wanted to ask what did you do for the 3tweeters?

How did you wire them up?

Did you buy the Component system?

What sounds good?

thanks in advance

personally I use the Kappa infinity series components

they are a very good sound and I hooked them up to a 2 channel amp, the crossovers work great too. It's a good setup. You can get it in 5.25 or 6x9 as well, I have the 6.5

I'm really interested to see how this thread develops, as I'm just getting into upgrading my sound system.

if your truck came factory with the factory middle tweeter than just leave it in. It doesn't really make that much of a difference. But with the 3.5 in the dash i used fosgate and i ran the wires behind the dash and hooked them in straight to the radio(front outputs). sounds great and was cheap. i used pioneer 6/9 in the doors and the rear i left stock because i had a box built at one time that actually covered the rear speakers and i was unable to hear them anyway. i myself am getting ready to upgrade everything to the infinity kappa system thought. it sounds very clean and crisp, even at extraordinary sound levels. good luck man.
