trailer lights/brakes
is there a separate fuse for the trailer lights and brakes? hauled a load of crap (not literally) the other day and the damn lights didn't work but the brakes did. i haven't checked any fuses yet....never thought about it again until just now. i know i've blown the light fuse before when i was installing the brake controller, but i don't know if that same fuse controlls the brakes and lights.
also, is it still illegal to offer a crack ***** new shoes, a pack of big red,and a douche kit for sex instead of offering money? i think i have a cop that's just making stuff up

i have an 06 and installed the tow package myself (so i dont know how the set up is with factory tow package). After running the wire harness up to the front of the engine, there should be a single fuse for the trailer brakes. It is inclosed inside of a protective cover no bigger then the fuse itself. If you are having trouble finding it, follow the wire off of the battery. Like i said i don't know what the factory set up is for the two package, but the self install tow package has the fuse by itself somewhere in the engine compartment.
