Like you I found the need for towing mirrors, I really didn't like the idea of adding something on to the existing, Through E-bay there is a Dodge Dealership that sells at great prices. I bought a brand new set of towing mirrors with electric and heat for I think less than $200. And best of all I can adjust the mirrors as needed while backing up, to get a better view as needed.

I'm with you. I've tried the **** slip on mirrors and have lost at least two of them from strong head winds and they vibrate violently making it very difficult to see who's on your right side at highway speeds. Who is Dodge Dealership you are referring to on ebay? When you say around $200, that's a piece, correct? Because the cheapest pair I've found is for $340 plus shipping.
