Get some namebrand stickers for the backwindow, those are worth 5HP EACH!

After CAI & exhaust there's E-fan, Headers, Tuner, 180* t-stat&cam (plus the normal cam upgrade parts like springs, retainers, damper & push rods). That's pretty much as far as you can go (naturally aspirated, anyway) without head work.
Gains would be roughly up from about 345 HP to about 425 HP or so at the engine or about from 260 HP to about 330 HP at the rear wheels. To see more of those engine HP gains reach the rear wheels then a torque converter and differential gear upgrade would also be in order.

Increase, but only if you can stay the hell off the gas. The tuner & headers are big time HP & MPG gainers. The T-stat will help the HP but will richen the mixture, resulting (at least on paper) in a slight MPG loss (but very tiny compared to the gains of the other mods.
The t-stat is an important part though, because the CAI, Tuner & Headers (especially long tubes) all work to lean the mixture out (the combo actually sometimes results in a lean code or check engine light) the t-stat will act to kinda balance the mixture back to within specs.

I have all the mods I mentioned above except cam & torque converter (they are coming, but I recently blew my truck mod $ on replacing my daily driver with a Grand Cherokee Overland) and even with a suspension lift, 35" tires, winch, and many other HEAVY mods bringing my trucks weight close to 7000 lbs.the performance mods have me very close to stock mpg numbers, plus a whole lot more muscle...

Im looking at the supermaxx long tube headers but there freaking 1300$, im scared that im going to waste all that money and see no results. ALso when i go to the dynatech website they say there for "off road" use only....Tuner is probably going to be superchip unless you recommand something better.....After all said and done my next thing is a lift but thats way down the road.....gotta save money...

Any Long Tube Headers have to say "for off road use only" because they require you to either remove or relocate your cats for fitment. They say this for the benefit of those who live in inspection states, because the removal or even relocation of the cats causes an automatic failure in anyvehicle registered for "on road use".
I have Pacesetter Long Tubes (under $500 even with interal & external ceramic coating), they show the 2nd best gains on the dyno after the Dynatechs and are a third the price.
To date, they are the best single mod I've done for performance (aside from the 4.56 gears) and the single best mod for fuel economy. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Superchips Flashpaq is the best choice for stock to mildly modded trucks, and it's looking like the SCT is emerging as the best bet for heavily modded Hemi's...

So if i decide to go with the pacesetters(which i found on ebay for like 240), am i going to have to modify the location of my cats.? Whats your opinion on the "diablosport predator" tuner?
