Default started the process

started the lemon law process last week on my 06 ram,
im really fed up with it. chrysler called me todayto say
they had finished gathering all the service info and contacted
all the dealers, not sure what the really means .

any one here ever gone thru a lemon process in MA?
not sure if the truck is even still elegible time wise for the
lemon law, but its been in for svc 9 timesfor about 40 days
-but my svc advisor said - at the very least
chrysler will try and get it fixed.

i ve had multiple problems- so i wont story tell right now
the current remaining problems are
1 . constant CEL and random bucking and stalling
2. vibration problems - mostly highway
3. play in the rack and pinion(since truckveered off the road from front end parts failure)

ill try an post updates

please dont misinterprate this thread--i just got a lousy POS
i still got an 03 dodge 2500 ram with 99k now that rides andgreat
and is reliable

I'd really go off the deep end after all the trips to the dealer to be told that Chrysler will TRY to fix it.

I went though all this back in 1999 with a Dodge Avenger. It took along time to get it settled. Good luck with all this.

I had to turn in a 89 Ford 4X4 under the lemon law in Oregon. The front end was simply screwed up... it was to the dealer like 6 times in the first 4 months and even more than one dealer and one truck only Ford shop. Watch em... Ford took mine back and later tried to sue me, of coarseI won but it was a pain in the ****. Keep your records, even if you just keep a log of what happened and when including all phone calls and trips/conversations with the dealers.

COVER YOUR A#$ !!!!!!

BTW - I'll never own a Ford again and tell people the story all the time to stop them from getting one.

The worst part - The Ford Lawyer who contacted me to file the lawsuit? A guy I went to high school with..... LOOOOOOOSER

Thanks for the Replies

just an update
recieved a call yesterday from a chrysler rep
in texas with their "buyback prevention dept."
didnt know that existed, but i suppose with the
current state of chrysler it is nessecary

the woman was seemingly friendly and somewhat knowledgable

she did ask if the dealer had performed the most recent
magical pcm reflash- that cures"vibration, stalling, electrical issues etc..."

i said yes they did in jan or early feb, and guess what that day they did it
and dropped the truck off, the check engine light came back on and the
truck started acting up. the only improvement i noticed from that flash
was the voltage was up and the lights and such no longer dimmed .also,
not sure why exactly, but my mpg has seriously dropped to around 10mpg

but anyway , it would seem they will continue the BS and keep
trying to repair. hopefully they will throw me a bone - at least
