UPDATE On My Truck
Well for those who have been reading about my issues with my truck, I went to the dealership yesterday to get the manager to get me a rental car. He agreed to give me a rental from Enterprise and pay for 2 days.
When I get there, I go to the shop to get my insurance papers from my truck. When I look inside I wanted to pass out. My interior is taken apart and there is parts all over the truck!!! In the back seat, in the bed, in the front, I mean everywhere!!! My glovebox is seating on the floor and the cluster is on the floor on the drivers side, there are screws all over the floor, (they didn't even take the time to put them in a cup or something). Anyways, I asked the mechanic if they figured it out and he said it was possibly the cluster. At first they said it was the vanity mirror making everything go bad now its the cluster!!! I keep telling them I hear a burning noise under the dash on the passanger side, how is the cluster causing that!!!? I hope they fix it already because its driving me crazy!!
EDIT: here is the thread I posted on my problems, for whoever is intrested: https://dodgeforum.com/m_1198855/tm.htm
EDIT 2: since this guy was having the same problem as me I wonder if I should tell the dealer about the possible fix posted on this thread: https://dodgeforum.com/m_829930/tm.htm I also tried contacting the person who started that thread and he wont respond.

yeah, I wouldn't worry about the screws. They are all the same......for the most part
I hope they figure out whats wrong. That sucks that they can't figure it out. Good Luck.

Just called again and now they are saying that its not the cluster either!! JESUS!!! They said they also changed the BCM and thats not it either. They are going to change something else, I think he said VCM or something, but itll take 2 more days to even get the part. How long can they keep doing this!!!? Ive had the truck only 4 weeks.
Are they still paying for the rental? If not I would get them to pay for the rental until they return your truck. Through no falt of your own they are not fixing yout truck in a timely manner. I mean they have had it a full week and they still don't know what is wrong. It's a 2007 so it's not like it's an old truck where they have a million possibilities. As far as the screws not being in a cup or something, they supposedly are the experts and they know where the screws belong. They also have unlimited access to all the stock screws they lose too.

I know that this is going to sound crazy, but have them check the wiresbetween the headliner and the roof. Specifically near the sunvisor. I have found 2 trucks that had some of the same problems that you are having. The wiring above the headliner runs right by the visor mounting points. It drove me nearly crazy. A screw for the drivers side visor had punctured the wiring and was shorting out the circuit....Maybe nothing, but you never know.....
I would have been looking arround for a short while they got it all taken out. Since it seems to happen sometimes and work sometimes, it leads me to think that something is moving and making a short then moving and opening the short. I would closely inspect EVERYTHING that can move at all. Also, remember the lemon law.
Thanks for the replies. Does anyone know how the lemon law works in CA? Thanks guys. I might have to go this route since this is the 2nd time I brought the truck in for the same problem within a 4 week period.. sigh..
