what is a good Oil Filter for my 04' 5.7

I use a K&N filter. It has a one inch bolt welded to the end so you can get it on and off with a wrench.

Napa Gold, K&N (alhtough, your partially paying for a name) Wix. and the search tool on this forum are all good filters.

Wix is my personal fav (which is also what a NAPA Gold is) although I'd take a Mobil 1 or K&N in a heartbeat as well.Purolator and Amsoil usually get high marks in tests as well.
Stay away from Fram as they ALWAYS get low marks in any test reports I've read...
